Pianegonda was born in Vicenza in 1994 from the entrepreneurial and creative capacity of Franco Pianegonda (currently 39 years old) together with his sister Maria Luisa. The idea is to create new jewels, joining design and fashion according to the highest tradition of Italian jewelry. Headquartered in Italy, there are flagship stores in Milan, Venice, Rome, Florence, Paris, Athens, Dubai, Hong Kong and Beijing.

Edward Mirell 's designs are the work of two individuals--Edward Rosenberg and Mirella Connor--who combined their respective first names to form the Edward Mirell moniker. Edward's family began making jewelry in Europe in the early 1900s just before the Russian revolution. His father established his first enterprise in the United States in 1924 on the lower east side of Manhattan. Mirella Connor was born in Calabria Italy and emigrated to the United States when she was 5 years old. The Edward Mirell Collection is the world's finest collection of titanium jewelry.
